Statement of Vision Minimize

It is the mission of the inter-parish youth ministry to ignite the fire of Christ in the hearts of our Catholic youth. Through the Eucharist and Sacraments and by providing resources, communal support and prayerful experiences we will foster the spiritual formation of teens who desire to grow in their Catholic Faith. This ministry is to be with, by and for our young people as a blessing for our entire community.

About SSYM    

The Program:

 

 

SSYM was founded in 2006 and is composed of a five-parish conglomorate in south St. Louis City.  This level of resources and support enables us to reach a wide demographic of teens with one of the most innovative, dynamic, effective youth ministry programs in the region.  Thank you for your continued gifts of prayer, time, and treasure!  Without your help this ministry could not exist.

Location:

South Side Youth Ministry operates out of St. Mary Magdalen Parish and the second floor of the old St. Mary Magdalen School Building.
We are located at 4924 Bancroft, St. Louis, MO 63109... second block south of the intersection of Chippewa and S. Kingshighway.
